TELKOM BAD CUSTOMER CARE

My very FIRST experience with telkom was very TERRIBLE. I ordered their product online and it took so many days until I called to follow up and I was told my order was CANCELLED WITHOUT ME BEING NOTIFIED. They have already debited the pro rata amount even but NO DELIVERY. This is very disappointing actually.
