Telkom bad Company

Horrible experience with them. They've cut my phone twice now in two months and for no reason at all. I have been demanded to pay in thousands of rands in prorated. Suddenly after two days they still cannot locate these funds. This stinks of bad management. I am sick of the games they play. Please make people aware of the gross incompetence at Telkom.
