Telkom bad call center staff

There was a lady that called from Telkom +***2 to upgrade my contract so when I told her that I dont wish to upgrade my contract,she abruptly ended the call which I found very rude. We answer calls from call centers,we understand they aslo have a job to do but from now Telkom can get stuffed its clear the staff there are underpaid and unhappy. And to that rude lady that called me,she should rather change her line of work if she is unhappy,im sure her mother really wanted her to become a lawyer or a doctor.
