TELKOM BAD BAD STORE SERVICE

I have a problem with internet is down. Phoned Telkom technical support everything went 100% line tested, I was advised to go to Telkom shop because they are suspicious modem is gone. So went to busy mall of the South, took me 15 min to find parking, 30 min to find the shop to walk in to the shop where don't even greet you. Then I was told " Telkom: I can't help you " I asked why? Technician is not in I don't know why no one knows when is coming back maybe tomorrow maybe not maybe is sick. Me: can I please leave this here with my details and when someone checks, you guys can phone me Telkom:: no because I am not in next week go to another store "maybe they have Technician " Realy another drive, 1 hours for parking + money . Not to say money for petrol, my time I am using internet for business and now? What must I do drive around whole JHB to find the store with somebody who is going to help me or to change PROVIDER TELKOM has already bad name but with stores with staff like this I am surprised is still open. Or is just another state looser like Eskom and SAA
