Telkom, BAD, BAD SERVICE!

I have ordered products on the 15th November. Partially delivered on 15th December. Its now 104 days, 49 calls, 3 Shop visits, 47 different reference numbers later and still I have not received my outstanding products. I have paid 2 months already on this new contract and no-one seem to be capable to sort out my request. I am totally frustrared. Extreme bad SERVICE with incapable problem resolution.
