Telkom bad bad service

Installment date of phone and wifi 25/5/2018. Wifi works but not the telephone line. Reported online, and verbally to mr. Victor Nel ********** 118 up to date still no telephone service!!!! Telkom order ref nr ********** 45A Telkom acc number 513 ********** ********** 74k PLEASE HELP - Phone needed urgently!!
