Telkom bad, bad service

Before installation, I did cancel the landline phone at Potchefstroom's Telkom shop in the Mooirivier mall. It was a business space i wanted to hire, but i did not hired the space. More than a year later, they report met at their lawyers. The outstanding balance of R3500. I don't even know the phone number of that landline. Im sorry if they can't do their job to cancel the line, they can make plan to pay for their own bad service. My name on the bill aren't even right. I'm not even staying in Potchefstroom, but i have a landline there. I will never use telkom ever. To send me a bill for a landline a did not used. They let me feel im a *****. I can't believe it.
