Telkom bad bad customer care service and contracts has been renewed without permission!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dad took wifi out with Telkom years ago and they just renewed his contract without his permission. When he ask why they said because my dad didn't answer his phone, Then he has another ****le and sim card and he is trying to get sorted but they never call him back and the East London Vincent Park store wont help him at all. He has called the call centre so many times and no one can help him sort this out, on the 28/07/2021 he upgraded to take a cell phone and its been 2 months and his still waiting for the phone and when they call he cant get a answer!!!!!!!!!!! this has been dragging on for months and his not getting any help......
