Telkom Bad Bad Bad service

Paid for Business line installation 1 Month ago. keep receiving text messages about dates and times that they will come and install, but to date nothing!!!

i try and call the help line and keep getting told that they will e-mail the parties concerned and that there is no one else i can call. they are either emailing some one or off line when the call is made.
