Telkom bad assistance

have been with telkom for quite some time reaching towards the end of the contract and have been encountering problems with assistance my contract was suspended in December then i have made a full payment send the proof of payment but no luck to get my contract active again until now. Then after that they deducted another huge amount out of my account and still my contract is suspended and lock telkom agents suck big time as they are not able to help what should I do any advice. Please as i see i would not recommend telkom to anyone if this is the case
