TELKOM - bad as ever

TELKOM - zero out of five. We've had fibre installed (thank you VUMA! - wonderful service- everything in place and awaiting connection). Telkom cannot connect us - two weeks and 6 phone calls later, nothing. My aged mother is unconnected because someone at Telkom cannot press a button. Daily I am assured of 'escalation' and daily no-one can explain what the problem could be. In addition, they've been billing her since January. Go figure. If you're considering Telkom - DON'T
