TELKOM - bad as always

My account cancellation was never processed back in 2019 - now, more than a year later, when trying to apply for a MR Price account, they denied it because TELKOM has "BAD DEBT WRITTEN OFF" lodged against my name! This is pure incompetence! Can someone contact me IMMEDIATLY!
