Telkom bad administration

My vodacom sim card was swaped without my knowledge and as times went by i realised that my sim card was *****ilently used to buy telkom services.I was always called by telkom to tell me about this debit order and of which i declined since i hava no knowledge os such telkom contract.Now my bigezt problem is that i went to the bank to request a loan but my request was subsequently declined since im 'owing' telkom R36 000.00.Please assist
