TELKOM BAD ACCOUNTING

I closed an account,paid it in full and now years later I receive messages from nudebt that I am in arears of more than R 1400.This nudebt doesn't even reply to my e-mails or try look into this false accusations. I told them to send me an invoice that shows why I need to pay this money To me,as I wrote to them in an e-mail,they are part of a ****.
