TELKOM backstaffers do not know what they are up to- so loyal clients walk away from TELKOM

I had a ADSL line costing me around R680 per month with a cellfone contract R360 TOTAL R1040 per month June 2018 Last year I down scaled my ADSL line to R217 per month and the cell fone contracts went prepaid TOTAL R275 as Dec 2018 I am told today, I cannot afford cell fone a new contract of R270 Total R217 plus R270 - R487 A loyal client for 38 years- walking away Your front shop end people know what they are doing- your back shop persons HAVE NOT A COOKING CLUE what goes on. Never had my debit order not gone through. TELKOM- competition will sort you out- loyal clients like myself walk away happily.
