Telkom back with unfair treatment to loyal user

Telkom allowed personnel to open accounts on my name which caused me nights of no sleep. these individual opened multiple accounts without having any of my documents or signatures

Telkom then cut off the services of my 2 products, because I never paid for the ********** purchases. While their investigations were going on they wanted me to pay of which was illogical to me because I never received any of the services which were promised.

Telkom sent many lawyers over the year to request payment from me for money ranging over R17000 which was telkom's negligence.

Now Telkom still need me to pay money for services that were never rendered, somebody please help me, this is unfair a power house company chasing an innocent person.
