I ordered a laptop and unlimited fibre from Telkom, when they finally contacted me, they told me they did not have a single laptop in the whole South Africa for me, and for some reason could not order.Then they told me I do not have fibre connection in my area.I then cancelled my order.I went to Mweb and ordered fibre on sunday night, and by Wednesday we received our router and installation.So please explain how we do npt have fibre in our area, when mweb provided it for us ? As for the laptop, i ordered a better one at an even cheaper price i would have paid at Telkom. The next day my laptop was delivered.Telkom has lost all my respect, they have terrible service !!
