I had phone contract of 24 months with Telkom since 2019 it was before COVID and also a router WiFi for 24 months.Telkom till now 2024 it's still deducting the money for the phone contract and they stopped my phone its no longer working yet I have paid it fully.i tried talking to them about it but they keep on deducting every month its five years now paying for 2 years contract they keep on saying I owe them.They also stopped me to not do reversals they change their references and they once told Me have paid them fully.They take more than the money we agreed about .Even my bank tried to stop them but they keep on deducting using different reference.
