The more I tell them the more they cannot understand. I have had enough. I have told them repeatedly that this is not my account number, I am not Linda Lambert - I am Laura Lamberti nor am I .... S. Smith who hasn't paid their account. Telkom is asking me to present my letter of resignation to them. I keep telling them that Telkom had cut me off internet because names above had not paid, (account number incorrect) I could not submit a resignation online. I went into the Newcastle Telkom and signed that I no longer required their services. If the clerk there lost the letter, it is no longer my problem. I will not pay for their mistake, I am 75 years old, and my husband is 80. We cannot have this kind of stress haunting us weekly.
