Telkom

I still not heard any news from Telkom regarding my data, I want to understand what is spending my data of 1gig everyday when I only use whatsapp and facebook and I don't even spend the hour on these social networking. I find it disappointing because I use Vodacom but they were quick to respond to my complain but Telkom is so delaying to help.

Please advise if you want to assist me or should I switch to the other network provider, I cannot afford to but a gig everyday for R20 rand but I do not see where it spent
