Telkom AWFUL service

Good day my son took out a WIFI contract on my behalf in November 2021. Supposed to pay R199.00 for WIFI and R79.00 for router which is R269.00 per month. They have been deducting every other amount except the R269.00 as stipulated in contract. Phoning and going to their offices is useless. We just have to keep on paying amounts they say are due because if you dont pay the service gets suspended. Have logged several complaints and made enquiries and not one single person is able to help. Went into ICASA offices this morning and they say we need to log a query????? I am so fed up with this issue!!!! I need it sorted out asap.
