Telkom awful customer service and care

Telkom is not reflecting the correct account balances on my statement and to make matters worse their so called debt collectors NuDebt have already started to harass us with extremely aggressive SMSs. In today’s massively *****ulent online **** climate is this really the way to proceed? Telkom should by law advise their clients of a debt collector handover which they have not done. Additionally it seems the payments made 13 days ago have still not been app**** to the account
