1 Star - The service from countless consultants I’ve spoken to in the last month has been the most awful pain staking experience i have ever had, every one gives me a different reason why my fibre isn't working, Resetting my router but cant help me reconnect it. Internet still not working properly and about to lose my mind!!

5 Stars - Samkelisiwe Mlambo, on my 7th attempt i spoke to this incredible women who got me reconnected, went through everything step by step and sorted out the mess the other consultants said they had to log a fault for. Please get her to train all your other *********** staff as she seems to be the only one who knows what’s going on. Amazed by her services, absolutely appalled by the services of all the other consultants I’ve spoken to in over a month.
