Telkom authorized debit

I have been engaging with Telkom since last year October 2021 regarding the WIFI that was not working. Telkom is been deducting money from my account without services. No body assisting me. Apparently the account is handed to collection. They keep on debiting money that no one is unable to explain to me why? Who can assist me with this matter? Precious ***.
