Telkom attend to your network issues. It is starting to get irritating now

Firstly, you cant get assistance with anything on this network. For the entire week I have been battling to make or receive calls, even sms. But they still bill me for a service that I cant use. Telkom must fix their network issues, it is starting to get frustrating now.
