Telkom atrocious service

Telkom has got to be the worst organization in South Africa ,I have a number of accounting queries with them and in spite of various e mail and forwarding of documents to them they have yet to attend to the queries .In the interim they have suspended the service due to me being in arrears(according to them) whilst my account is fully up to date . I have also requested that an individual in a management position contact me to facilitate the resolution of the dispute,to date no contact has been made .What a joke they are !!!!
