Telkom at their best

The land line numbers from"TELKOM" at the steenbokpan exchange does not work and doesn1t look like they want to fix it. I have contacted the manager responsible for that Reagan Mr Josias Mashiloane ( ********** ) explain to me that it would be to costly to rectify the problem at the exchange, but still the customers has got pay the rent of R700 every month .
