TELKOM AT THE GLEN IS USELESS

On the 22nd September 2015, my husband and I went to take out a contract for the LTE deal at telkom in the glen shopping centre. When we arrived the lady, whose name is Zanele informed us that the systems are offline but we can leave our documents with her of which she will process them and inform us when everything is done. A week went by and no response so we went in to the store again. Zanele was not there so we were assisted by another lady who told us she cannot help us her system is off. She was very rude and gave us attitude. We phoned the call centre the following week and they informed us that everything has been approved and that we need to pick up our router from the store. We went to the store and another lady assisted us. She was very rude and lazy. She told us that she cannot pick up anything on the system and there's nothing she can do. Another week went by and we decided to go again to the store as we received no response. It's been week 4 and we even spoke to the manager of the store who hasn't gotten back to us till date.
