Telkom at its worst

Rating would actually be a very negative 10. Been using them as a service provider since their inception. Service suddenly CANCELED without notification as they do not work with DSL prod anymore. Call centres not helpful in the least just trf from 1 dept to another. They acknowledge that there is no indication of us being contacted. Stranded without interest since 9 Sept. There's a lot more to the pathetic service delivery but will leave it at the above. No wonder Telkom has such an unfavorable reputation
