Telkom at its pathetic service again

PLEASE ASSIST.

I have been trying to switch my prepaid number to my contract sim but to no success. I have been to the store 3 times and been waiting for 4 months. All the store does is promise to fulfill the request but to date this has still not been done. I am paying for a contract that I am not getting any use out of.
