Telkom at it again with their false adverti*****t 😴

Telkom have this competition called Tap2win and as a person who is a member and following their T's and C's I have not been rewarded as per their agreement!

Last month my sister bought me a cellphone and registered the simcard under her names of which I made one of their call centre agents that goes by the name of Phindile aware of, but now she claims that she cannot help me meanwhile I'm the one who has been using the simcard since it has been registered!! When I informed her about my ordeal of losing my wallet with the necessary stuff that will help me to register and informing her that the person who bought the handset and sim is not around and any security questions she may have she should ask me she just laughed at me, talking about hiring rude and *********** stuff to deal with people!!

And this is not the first time I'm dealing with her nasty attitude because earlier this year I called to report a network and I requested that she should move away from the noisy background she was on and then started swearing at me, telling me even if I were to report her or write an email there's nothing they will do to her( abazondenza niks since she's dating her supervisor) her words not mine! But u could tell she was under the influence of alcohol.. Do better guys or u will lose more customers
