TELKOM AT IT AGAIN, THIS TIME I AM GOING TO COURT! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!

Okay Telkom, this is not the first encounter with you. So here's my story. We had a two year contract with Telkom which expired last year October 2017. The account was in my name and December 2017 we transferred the account to my Fiance's name. All sorted and got confirmation. So this meant that were using month to month seeing that the contract expired. In March 2017 we notified Telkom that we would like to cancel and gave 1 months notice. We received the following reference number : ********** 841 : ********** . and the same was confirmed that it was canceled and we paid the last month of cancellation. I started receiving Bills and more bills, LOL still reflecting my old address, I updated that like 2 years ago, I escalated this more than once and every-time its confirmed that it has been sorted. So this weekend I went to draw a credit report and guess what?? TELKOM IS STILL ON THERE AND SHOWS THAT I AM 4 MONTHS IN ARREARS?????? I cant have Sh** like that reflecting on my record because TELKOM did not do their job correctly. So after that I went to the store in Cape Gate and they have escalated the same, I was very surprised when consultant phoned me not even 20 min after I was at the store, AGAIN promising that everything is sorted, they will update the credit bureau, the accounts department also said that they will stop emailing me and that I don't owe them anything!!! NOW THIS MORNING, GUESS WHAT?? I GOT ANOTHER BILL FROM TELKOM!!! TELKOM!!! YOU ARE PATHETIC AND SHOULD START DOING SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AND I WANT CONFIRMATION WITHIN 24 HOURS THAT YOU HAVE UPDATED THE CREDIT BUREAU AND REMOVED ME FROM YOURSELVES!!!!!! I AM SICK OF THIS, I AM READY TO GO TO COURT AND LAY A CHARGE AGAINST YOU! GET THIS SORTED NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards Carla Smalberger
