Telkom at it Again

Telkom collections department at it again. They debited my account on 15 March and it reflected in their system on 16 March 2024 and they failed to clear my account. Now they come back and suspend my contracts because of their negative client service. I called them several times and my accounts are still suspended today at 16:30 pm 25 March 2024. Their payment systems are not working properly and not updating payments properly. I will never upgrade my accounts anymore.
