Telkom at it again

Telkom is at it again. I received an sms on the 22nd June 2022 telling me that they have listed my name at the credit bureau for not paying an amount of R10189,66 which they claim I owe them against account number ***. I do not have an existing contract with Telkom and never will due to poor service experienced in the past. I do not owe Telkom a cent and will not pay this money. How Telkom created this account against my name and decided that I owe them, I do not know.
