Telkom at it again

We requested a move order on the 27th of september.after more than a month and multiple phone calls later on the 12th a technician finally came to install physical line.eversince the 12th i have been trying to get dsl installed on my line and everytime i call in i get told there is still a pending order on my line or the line is not active and they can do nothing i just have to wait.

So Telkom please advise me how long do i still have to wait and continue to pay for a service that i dont have?
