Telkom at it again!

Well done Telkom KC, you've done it again another displeased customer. I am seriously appalled at your service, On Monday 23.07.2018 i came into your store to apply for a business contract i then got told by one of your employees (Robyn) that she would call me on wednesday 25.07.2018 nevertheless i gave her all the required documentation and left after she had scanned it in. Wednesday i arrived and i waited until 2pm for her call i then took matters into my own hands and came down to your store guess what! Robyn was off, which happens people gets sick so i received help from another gentleman by the name of Victor. He then told me that i would be contacted today Thursday 26.07.2018 and yet again i find myself sitting in your store being told that the documents were not processed and that i will need to come back on Monday 30.07.2018 This is absolutely pathetic!
