Telkom @ City View

I'm starting to think telkom staff is trained to be rude to their customers or what. I went to Telkom at City View cause I had a problem with my router, there was no one to assist me so I stood and waited for a consultant when he finally came he not interested in helping me, I asked him 1 question he answered before I could even ask him about something he was no where to be seen. I wasn't happy at all, I'm still not happy, I wasn't visiting at Telkom because I was bored but because I NEEDED help which I didn't get, I should have saved my transport money cause even calling there customer care is useless
