Telkom assisting ******* and crime!

On the 1st of February 2018 my phone was ****** in a mugging. I phoned telkom to stop and block the phone. 12 days later and I still haven't received a sms with the code to confirm that the handset was blocked and blacklisted. Telkom supporting crime by assisting ******* to get away with ****** goods!
