Telkom Asshole Rogues

Telkom is the absolute worse to deal with!!! I wasn’t debited my full contract amount on the day I was supposed to be debited. I was only debited R161.04, they never tried debiting again but I have to pay a debit rejection fee of almost R300 for their own mistake !!!!!! And the call centre people are of no help .. there’s call recordings to say I called in and was told to pay the balance via eft so now why do I need to pay a debit rejection fee when you only debited once and that too not of the full amount !!!! Every single month is an issue with Telkom the ****ing worse network to deal with !!!!
