Telkom as pathetic as their untrained call centre agents!!!!

I’m due for an upgrade with Telkom I have been calling in EVERYDAY to the call centre and would hold for an hour to NO assistance what so ever. To say I’m disgusted with the service is an understatement. Funny how they don’t miss a debit date. They send sms’s and say I should reply and a call centre agent will call me, I have been replying maybe they calling me on a duplicate SIM card ****** *****s!!!!!! I have so much reasons not to stay with Telkom and not upgrade with their stupid and pathetic service and untrained call centre agents who send you from post to pillar instead of helping where they can.
