Telkom as much use as a Chocolate Braai

I use Telkom LTE. Last month on15/09/2020 my R529.61 debit order went through my bank. Telkom said it didn't and charged an extra R202.70. This month nothing went through my bank and they switched me off. I have tried to resolve it at the Telkom office in Norwood Mall and even took my bank statement with. The nett result, I have no internet and Telkom say I didn't pay and now owe them R1261.92. I called 081180 and they told me that I owe them R1261.92 and have been disconnected. Is anybody at Telkom on this planet??? Can anybody at Telkomcount?
