Telkom areal fibre lines are unsightly and so old school

Replaced ugly, black telephone lines with thicker, uglier fibre lines (above ground) using old ugly, existing poles and refusing to remove existing black ugly lines... Too much work for 1 day and want to save money.. According to contractor.
