Telkom are you there?????

I am so irritated with the service received from telkom honestly, so I've been dealing with them on behalf of my father and I am not happy at all. I've been on hold for 10min with 1 number only to be told I need to call another line because they cannot put me through anymore, I then call the other line and held on for 20min and no one answered we have waited 3weeks for feedback on telkom application and told installation will be done today, a kind man who subcontracts for telkom came out only to see that the wiring for previous line was taken out therefore he cannot assist. So how is it that telkom has not posed the question about the line being active or not??? I am off work today because of this and now I have to take off again which will be impossible, so that they can do their job! I am on the brink of losing my mind. They need to be considerate of their customers and the time that has now been wasted only to resolve nothing and be told that telkom needs to send someone else out. Can someone help me today still????
