Ridiculous service, and not in the good way. I've ordered a fiber product from them and I am getting nowhere. I've literary spent hours on their 10213 Sales Call Centre with no response. I don't think there is anybody on the other side. Some advice, the extra that you might spend at other ISP per month might just be worth it.
