<p>From the past month we logged a complaint that our landline isn't working. After 2 weeks a technician came and told us he cannot fix the phone as water got into the cables and the cable department deals with that. He said he will log a request for them to assist. It's been a month and no one came. The landline is so crackly you can't hear a thing! How come you guys are so quick to bill yet so delayed to fix your mess! *** and 11924</p>
