Telkom are utter ****

They upgraded our line to 20mbps and added various 'features' to our line package without our consent and also put us on a contract when we were month to month. We wound up having to pay a hell of a lot more than we were supposed to and have been fighting with the accounts and sales department to rectify the matter, they also regularly hang up on us and are rude to use during calls. We have to waste hours of our time to sort out a problem that should never have happened in the first place!

This is not the first time Telkom has done this to us as well. They are absolute ****bags, the lowliest of trash. They couldn't give damn about their customers. This is essentially theft at this point considering they are taking more money from us without our permission and are intentionally not helping us out.

Don't ever do business with these scoundrels
