Telkom are uselss

Over a month now and i am still not able to cancel my contract which has expired but i am still paying for it. And as per employee in your branch "We have monthly meetings and they do not care about customers, All the executives care about is signing new business" Which is very evident when i am trying to cancel a service which has now taken almost 2 months.
