Telkom are useless. Warning to new customers!

Several fault log's done, 3 phone calls to follow up on the fault, complaint on Hello Peter and almost a month later and I still have a telephone line that is dead and am unable to make or receive any calls.<br> Fault 93CRK020316 - sent an SMS by Telkom on 6/03/2016 to say restored.<br> New fault 272CRK060316 logged on 6/03/2016 - progress update on the 17/03/2016 - fault is in hand with tech repair division followed by sms to say restored.<br> New fault 521CRK210316 logged and again progress on 24/03/16 followed by SMS to say restored 28/03/2016.<br> Request for supervisor to call back not met and promise last week that technician will call not fulfilled.<br> Sheer frustration!!<br> Judging by the number of complaints on HelloPeter it seems Telkom just don't care!! <br> <br>
