Telkom are useless

I wouldn't even give Telkom 1 Star > How come I have to ? How about allowing ratings 0 to 10 ... they get a 0 Our Fibre Internet has been "discontinued" .... No one instructed this , how can this happen? Spend hours on the phone trying to sort out. Still no joy This company is a fair indication of the type of companies that now exist in South Africa. No consequences for poor or no service.
