Telkom are Useless!!!

Absolutely Pathetic Service. I cancelled my Telkom landline and ADSL in August 2019. Since January I have been harassed by Telkom and their legal representatives for an amount of R560 (more I’d less). Despite explaining each time to a different caller that I don’t owe anything I was handed over. Further to months and months of repeated harassment I have paid an amount of R660 (legal fees etc etc) and believe it or not my account remains in arrears. This is ridiculous and trying to resolve appears impossible for Telkom who clearly haven’t got a clue what they are doing!!! My reference numbers from original cancellation are Ref ***0 and Ref ***8
